The crypt contains the entrance to St. Dagobert’s Church (9th to 12th centuries), the mysterious Stenay stone and a memorial to the Lost King. In the St. Dagobert chamber, there is permanent exhibition on Merovingian history and archaeology and items relating to the history and legend surrounding St. Dagobert II.
